Introduction
HDPE dam liner& HDPE Pond liner begins with the melting of the High-density polyethylene resin and the addition of various additives such as antioxidants, plasticizers, fillers, carbon black and lubricants (as processing aids) , used as an impermeable base material. Its impermeable performance mainly depends on the impermeable performance of the geomembrane. At present, the geomembrane used for anti-seepage applications at home and abroad.they are a kind of polymer chemical flexible material with small specific gravity, strong extensibility, high adaptability to deformation, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance, and good frost resistance.
Product features of dam liner& HDPE pond liner
Chemical resistance. resistance to high and low temperature, resistance to asphalt, oil and tar, acid, alkali, salt, etc.
Outstanding resistance to environmental stress cracking. Elongation at break ≥700%, which can effectively overcome uneven settlement of the base surface.
Anti-ultraviolet performance. Anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, anti-decomposition ability. The life of bare materials can reach 50-70 years.
Stable low-temperature drooping performance. Brittleness point below –77 ℃ ～ -90 ℃.
Plant root resistance. excellent puncture resistance can resist most plant roots.
Environmental protection. The use of environmentally friendly materials make BPM dam liners can resist to ordinary physical changes, which does not produce any harmful substances.
